Excellent service from a lady who works there. I managed to get all my books for half the price of new, except for one. She assured me she would contact me when it came in. Highly recommend this bookstore for its great service and affordable prices!
Horrible service. They have a no refund policy that no one is aware of. How can they expect customers to adhere to a policy when it's barely visible on a small sign? It feels like a scam, especially taking advantage of students. My advice: don't buy from them.
