During my first visit, I was unsure about where to go and what to do. Fortunately, I met a helpful and welcoming staff member near the entrance. I'd like to express my gratitude to him, even though I can't recall his name. The overall experience was positive, and the staff seemed friendly.
The experience was overall positive, with strict adherence to COVID protocols over an extended period. The chicken quality is good, although it often appears to be cooked in cold oil, resulting in excess moisture. Consistency in achieving a crispier texture would enhance the experience. On the other hand, the burgers are exceptional and deserve recognition.
