It was slightly pricey, but not overly so, especially when factoring in the cost of fuel to reach a cheaper option. Their prices are reasonable, and it's convenient to have a one-stop shop for party supplies and children's school dress-up costumes.
Njabulo and the team in the balloon department provided excellent service. They even offered a delivery option to the hotel for a fee, which made my school reunion a memorable and beautiful day.
The shop itself is beautiful, but the staff could improve their customer care skills. Overall, it's a great place to visit.
