Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Extremely negative
experience with this company, engaged in a
conveyancing last year. Sale ready to close
(July 2020), Solicitor has pulled out (July
17th) and refuses to finalise the sale which
is now ready to close. Advised to get another
Solicitor or do the work ourselves! If we get
another Solicitor, we will have to pay double
fees. We have asked four times what right of
appeal we have but have not been advised.
Very distressing experience. Our instructions
to forward the Firm's account details to us
so we can provide closing funds are being
ignored. We have asked four times for our
right of appeal/appeal mechanism but have not
been given any. We feel we are being held to
ransom. We wish we had sought a
recommendation prior to engaging this Firm.
If we could give zero stars we would, but a
minimum of one star is required to submit a
